We are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven GCC Sales & Account Manager to build and grow Primus’ business with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across Pune (primarily) and other key GCC locations in India. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for current business development, strategic account management, relationship building, prospect creation and revenue growth within the GCC ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong understanding of GCC operating models, technology priorities and buying dynamics, along with an established network among GCC leadership and technology decision-makers. The role requires a high degree of ownership and independence, with the ability to identify opportunities, engage CXO/leadership stakeholders, articulate Primus' value proposition, orchestrate internal teams and drive opportunities through to closure.

Requirements
GCC Business Development & Sales
· Identify, map and develop a pipeline of GCC opportunities across Pune and other major GCC hubs in India.




· Develop and execute account-specific strategies for acquiring current GCC clients and expanding existing relationships.
· Build relationships with GCC Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COEs, IT/Business leaders, Procurement and other key decision-makers.
· Drive the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification through solution shaping, proposal, negotiation and closure.
· Identify whitespace prospects within existing accounts and convert them into incremental revenue opportunities.
Strategic Account Management
· Own selected GCC accounts and act as the single relationship owner for Primus.
· Develop strong, multi-level relationships across business, technology and procurement stakeholders.
· Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell and wallet expansion.
· Develop account plans covering revenue potential, strategic initiatives, stakeholders, opportunities, competitive landscape and relationship strategy.
