Core Responsibilities
Shipment Tracking: Monitor daily dispatch, transit, and delivery schedules. Report any transit delays or issues right away.
Documentation: Prepare and verify bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and truck drivers for smooth pickup and drop-off.
Inventory Support: Update inventory logs and track stock movements in the warehouse or ERP system.
Customer Support: Answer client queries regarding order status and delivery updates
Work Experience
Key Skills and Experience:-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing operations.
Software Skills: Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and basic office tools. Familiarity with ERP software or SAP is a plus.
Soft Skills: Transparent verbal communication and writing mail skills with basic problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
