Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment. You will manage hiring for multiple business units, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to strengthening Daloopa’s talent brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Operations, Research, Tech, and Corporate roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring plans.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and internal database.

• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage evaluation flow.

• Drive offer discussions, negotiate compensation,



and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain accurate data and reports on Zoho Recruit; share hiring dashboards.

• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

• Ensure excellent candidate experience and communication at all stages.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in quick-paced environments.

• Robust sourcing skills (Boolean, social hiring, market mapping).

• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.

• Experience with ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
