Responsibilities:
Generate leads from industrial clients and consultants for HVAC projects
Achieve order booking targets as per sales plan
Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned region and segment
Ensure revenue and contribution targets are met
Identify and develop new customers/accounts in the region
Maintain solid relationships with consultants and key clients
Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies
Conduct market research, competition analysis, and strategy planning
Coordinate smooth handover of confirmed orders to the Project Management team
Ensure timely advance collection and support payment follow-ups
