Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Murex Front Office Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects with a solid focus on the Front Office. The role involves collaborating closely with traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements, define functional solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Front Office stakeholders and trading desks.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Analyze and configure Murex Front Office functionalities, including deal capture, pricing, trading workflows, and simulations.




• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure functional requirements are implemented correctly.
• Create functional test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business solutions.
• Coordinate defect triage, prioritize issues, and support resolution during testing phases.
• Provide go-live support and assist in post-production stabilization activities.
• Collaborate with traders, business users, and senior stakeholders to improve Front Office processes and system capabilities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business expectations and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects, with a robust Front Office focus.
• Solid functional knowledge of Murex Front Office modules, including:
o Deal Capture
o Pricing
o Trading Workflows
o Simulation
• Deep underst
