Expert Guidance: Serve as the primary resource for Medical Coding expertise.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize coding operations and processing.
Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide support to coding staff.
Issue Resolution: Address complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes.
Compliance: Ensure coding practices meet regulatory standards and perform regular audits.
Job Specification:
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience: 3+ years in medical coding with specialty IPDRG.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of coding processes, robust analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
