• Directing all operational aspects including sales, distribution, underwriting, customer service, human resources, administration and in accordance with the company’s objectives
• Meeting income objectives of the branch including portfolio management (retail loans)
• Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for branch personnel
• Developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
We are looking for a Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of branch operation. You will drive business, manage staff.
