Public Policy Trainee (Rs.30,000 per month)
As a Public Policy Trainee, you will support responsible and scalable deployment of AI solutions through policy research, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Analyse policy and regulatory environments relevant to AI deployment in public systems
Identify policy gaps and regulatory bottlenecks and contribute to solution frameworks
Support ethical, safe, and effective adoption of AI through governance and risk assessment frameworks
Document policy processes, stakeholder consultations, and implementation learnings




Help translate AI solutions into policy-ready interventions and operational guidelines
Work closely with research, engineering, product, and program teams
Engage with external stakeholders including government officials, multilateral agencies, and civil society organisations
Participate in field visits to understand ground realities and deployment contexts
Demonstrate solid analytical skills, transparent communication, and cooperative working style
Gain hands-on exposure to real-world deployments at scale

MEL Trainee (Rs.30,000 per month)
Assist and shadow the MEL team in designing MEL plans, logical frameworks (log frames), and foundational project documentation to build core technical knowledge.
Participate in field monitoring visits to observe project implementation firsthand and help gather qualitative insights during data collection activities under senior guidance.
