The Master Trainer will
play a dual role of College Coordinator and Trainer, with end-to-end
responsibility for college engagement, student mobilisation, counselling,
training delivery. The role will focus on building a continuous pipeline of
students from colleges, preparing them for training, independently delivering
assigned modules, and supporting student retention, completion and employment
readiness.
Key Responsibility Areas
College Engagement & Partnership Development
Identify and establish relationships with colleges,
ITIs and other educational institutions in the assigned geography. Meet
College Principals, TPOs, Placement Officers, faculty and relevant SPOCs
to introduce and promote the programme.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with
college SPOCs to ensure continuous student mobilisation. Plan and conduct
college visits, programme orientations, presentations and awareness
sessions. Identify recent colleges and institutions to expand the student
pipeline.
Be willing to travel as required by the project for college engagement, mobilisation, orientations and training
activities.
Student Mobilisation & Counselling
Conduct student orientation, career counselling and
programme awareness sessions.
Explain programme advantages, eligibility, training
schedule, career opportunities and expectations to students.
Follow up with interested students and convert
leads into registrations/enrolments.
Ensure students are appropriately counselled before
joining the programme to minimise dropouts.
Batch Formation & Training Readiness
Plan batches based on the student pipeline and
project requirements.
Coordinate with the Centre Team for batch creation,
documentation, scheduling and other operational requirements.
Ensure students complete the required enrolment and
documentation within timelines.
