Front Desk Receptionist - Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and approachable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our company. The role involves managing the reception area, responding to enquiries, assisting walk-in candidates and visitors, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone visiting the company.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Manage the reception desk and ensure a welcoming and skilled experience for all visitors.
Enquiry Handling: Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and general enquiries and provide accurate information about our programs, services, and processes.
Walk-in Candidate Support: Welcome walk-in candidates, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and guide them to the appropriate team or person.
Candidate Assistance: Help candidates with basic queries regarding courses, admissions, schedules, payments, documentation, and other company processes.
Visitor Management:



Receive and assist parents, students, vendors, partners, and other visitors and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
Lead & Enquiry Tracking: Record enquiries and walk-ins, maintain accurate details, and ensure that relevant leads are properly handed over to the concerned team.
Appointment & Meeting Coordination: Manage appointments, visitor schedules, and coordinate meetings with internal team members.
Communication & Follow-ups: Follow up on pending enquiries when required and ensure that candidates receive timely responses.
Front Office Documentation: Maintain visitor logs, enquiry records, candidate information, and other front-desk documentation.
General Office Support: Assist the administration and operations team with basic coordination and day-to-day office requirements.
