Job Overview
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven skilled who can seamlessly handle both sales and marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through paid advertising platforms and converting them into customers through effective inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities - Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram),



LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Develop data-driven strategies to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and copies.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities - Sales (Inbound & Outbound)
Handle inbound leads generated through campaigns and convert them into customers.
Conduct outbound sales including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services.
Maintain a solid sales pipeline and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

CRM & Reporting
Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.
Track and report performance metrics regularly.
