What you'll do:
• Communicate with customers through calls, email, Whats App, and other channels.
• Assist customers with onboarding and product adoption.
• Understand customer requirements and help them get maximum value from the product.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Track customer interactions, requirements, and issues using CRM tools.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal teams.




• Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.

• Identify customer concerns and potential churn risks.
