Job Responsibilities (List In Order Of Importance)
Identify and finalize new store locations aligned with expansion strategy
End-to-end execution of current store openings
Lead rental negotiations for both current and existing stores
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and brokers
Ensure co mercial viability and cost optimization in all deals.
Maintain pipeline of potential locations for future expansion

Solid negotiation and commercial acumen.
