Process Specialist | 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales support requests related to Quotes, Orders, Amendments, Pricing & Vendor Quotes.
Provide SME support for complex issues and perform root cause analysis/troubleshooting.
Support Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Order and L2S processes.
Prepare training materials, work instructions and knowledge-base content.
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with internal customers and stakeholders for query resolution.
Mandatory Skills
2–3 years of BPO experience.
Hands-on O2C / Quote-to-Order experience.
Positive knowledge of L2S – Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, Licensee, Pricing Sheets & Reports.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good to Have
Customer-facing experience.
Training/SME experience.
Knowledge-base or SOP creation experience.
