Automation QA Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation QA Engineer to join a energetic technology team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with quality assurance professionals, software engineers, architects, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications through effective test automation and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze application logs, events, and system behavior to identify issues and support troubleshooting.
Design and develop test scenarios that simulate real-world production environments and application workflows.
Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis (RCA) using diagnostic and monitoring tools.
Create comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and automation frameworks aligned with QA best practices.
Contribute to continuous quality improvements across the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Automation Testing and Quality Engineering.
Robust experience in automation framework design,



test strategy planning (STP), and test design documentation (STD).
Hands-on experience with Selenium and Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience working with tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
Robust communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, quick learner, and capable of working independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an innovative mindset.
Understanding of customer experience and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PyTest.
Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-based testing environments.
Working knowledge of SQL, including basic query writing and database setup.
