nDiamond Forest is our diamond jewelry brand in Current York.

nWe are building an ambitious in-house creative operation around the brand, and we're looking for an Assistant Creative Director who can help take the work from valuable to exceptional.

nSomeone who looks at a campaign and asks:

nWhy does this look like this?
nCould the frame be stronger?
nCould the styling be more unexpected?
nCould the light tell more of the story?
nCould the edit have more tension?
nCould we make this feel like a world instead of an advertisement?

nTHE ROLE
n

nYou will work across concept, art direction, photography, film, styling, social content and campaign production.
nThis is not a desk-only creative role.




nYou will be involved in the work — developing ideas, building references, preparing shoots, working with the production team, being on set, reviewing footage, challenging executions and helping take the final output to a significantly higher level.

nCreative Direction
n
n
Develop concepts that go beyond conventional jewelry advertisingn
Translate abstract ideas into clear visual executionsn
Build moodboards, reference decks, shot concepts, styling directions and visual treatmentsn
Push concepts until they have a distinct point of viewn
Develop ideas for campaigns, social films, editorials, product stories and brand storytellingn
