Key Responsibilities● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation)



for seamless project execution.● Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.Required Expertise & Qualifications ● Minimum 1–3 years Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.● 1–8 years of experience in residential interior design projects.● Basic site experience with understanding of installation feasibility.● Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory).● Robust fundamentals in space planning, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.● Customer-centric approach with ability to balance design, functionality, and budget.● Valuable verbal and written communication skills.● Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
