nAbout the Role
nThe Incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth through the B2B channel network, managing relationships with key channel partners (Individual Financial Advisors) and will be responsible for other strategic alliances in respective regions. The Candidate will drive AUM growth and revenue budget through this B2B Channel for the assigned region.

Tie-ups and manage solid relationships with IFAs and key channel partners to maximize business prospects across citiesn
Drive AUM growth and revenue through effective partner engagement and business development initiativesn
Identify and on-board recent IFAs and channel partners to expand market reach and distribution footprintn
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and market updates to enhance partner knowledge and engagementn
Work closely with product and marketing teams to roll out campaigns, contests, and incentive programsn
Monitor channel performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsn
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and internal compliance standardsn
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback to the leadership team for strategic decisionsn
