Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Use social media, job boards, and networking to find potential candidates for various job openings. You will identify and attract suitable applicants by creating engaging online posts.
Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist the best candidates. You will assess their qualifications and experience to match them with job vacancies.
Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills and fit for the roles. You will ensure that interviews are conducted professionally and efficiently.
