Show properties to clients and assist them during visits.
Coordinate with vendors and check work progress.
Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
Maintain records of property visits, work progress, and maintenance.
Follow up on pending work and coordinate with the concerned team.
Handle client queries and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
