Description
The Executive - Implant will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle management process at the client's site. This includes overseeing recruitment activities, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience, and managing payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the client's team.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Onboard new hires, ensuring a warm welcome and a comprehensive orientation to company policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with the client's HR team to align on recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and supportive work workplace.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, implementing improvements as needed.
Assist with employee training and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the client's organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using HR software and databases for record-keeping and reporting.
