We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience who’s as excited as we are about building conversations, relationships and opportunities.

Someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding brands, spotting possibilities and turning a valuable conversation into a great partnership.

What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to identify and convert current business opportunities
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills
Positive understanding of brands and the content ecosystem




Comfortable pitching to brands, agencies and decision-makers
Ownership-driven with the ability to work independently
Curious, solution-oriented and hungry to grow

We’re not looking for someone to simply sell services.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build, pitch, collaborate, chase ideas and grow with us.
