Job Title: Executive – Non-EB Claims

Job Summary

We are looking for a Non-EB Claims Executive to manage and coordinate claims related to Marine, Fire, Burglary and other General Insurance policies. The candidate will be responsible for claim registration, documentation, follow-ups with insurers, claim settlement support, endorsement coordination, and providing timely assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Non-EB claims processing.
Manage claims related to Marine, Fire, Burglary and Miscellaneous Insurance policies.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and clients for claim settlement.
Review claim documents and ensure timely submission.
Track claim status and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Follow up with insurers for speedy claim resolution.
Handle policy endorsements and ensure accurate processing.
Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and documentation.




Address client queries and provide claim-related support.
Ensure compliance with company and insurer guidelines.

Required Skills
Knowledge of General Insurance claims and policy servicing.
Understanding of Marine, Fire, and Burglary.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid documentation and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in General Insurance Claims or Insurance Broking.
Experience in handling Non-EB claims and endorsements will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
