Job Description:
Maintain and oversee general ledger, journals, and books of accounts.
Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss statements.
Ensure correct accounting of revenue, direct costs, indirect expenses and provisions.
Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet schedules.
Ensure proper reconciliation of all major balance-sheet accounts.
Coordinate and complete the monthly closing of books of accounts.
Ensure all sales, purchases, expenses, provisions, accruals and adjustments are recorded before closing.
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
Prepare Month-on-Month (MoM) and Year-on-Year (YoY) analysis.
Review bank, customer, vendor, GST, TDS and other relevant reconciliations.
Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation differences.
Prepare, review and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns within statutory timelines.
Reconcile purchase/sales data with GSTR-2B, books of accounts and vendor invoices.
Identify and resolve mismatches.
Reconcile TDS payable with books, challans and TRACES/Form 26AS/AIS-related records.




Calculate, verify and deposit TDS within statutory timelines and ensure accurate filing of applicable TDS returns.
Coordinate with statutory/tax auditors and provide schedules, reconciliations, ledgers
and supporting documents for tax audit.
17. Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and vendor payment and
Customer collections.
18. Bank Reconciliation as per internal intervals.
19. Ability to handle customer's/Vendor's queries.
20. Handon experience on statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, audits, etc.)
21. Handling Internal auditors Queries, cross departments functions.
22. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
23. Support management with financial insights and cost control measures.
24. Bank and Customer and Vendor Reconciliation & Making GRN entries.
25. Creation of Purchase invoice, Purchase Order and Sales Order.
