We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Supervise, motivate, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain robust client relationships.
Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, productivity, and performance.
Manage appointments, walk-ins, service schedules, and customer flow.
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, memberships, packages, and retail products.
Monitor daily sales,



revenue, expenses, billing, and cash/card transactions.
Maintain inventory of salon products, consumables, and equipment and coordinate timely procurement.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall presentation of the salon.
Track key performance indicators such as revenue, customer retention, average bill value, and staff productivity.
Coordinate with the owner/management on business targets, promotions, staffing, and operational improvements.
Train staff on customer service, sales techniques, grooming standards, and salon procedures.
Ensure compliance with salon policies and standard operating procedures.
