Job Title: Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare (Inbound Voice)

Location:Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (In office with complimentary cab drop facility)

Shift & Schedule:
Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones
Monday to Friday working days
Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview:
Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
No sales targets involved in this process.

Requirements:
Solid communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Advantages:
In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month .
