Vidhik is looking for a energetic and target-oriented Tele Support & Lawyer Success Executive who will be responsible for communicating with lawyers, following up with sales leads, supporting onboarded lawyers, resolving routine queries, and converting free/trial users into paid Vidhik subscribers.
The role combines tele-calling, customer support, sales conversion, lawyer engagement, CRM management, and customer success.
The ideal candidate should have an LL.B. degree, excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with lawyers, and a solid desire to achieve targets and grow with a rapid-growing technology company
