Job DescriptionLandmark Ventures is looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing work as per project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan and track daily/weekly work schedules and ensure timely completion.
Check material requirements and coordinate material availability at the site.
Monitor labour productivity and manage site manpower effectively.
Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
Conduct regular quality checks and identify/correct site issues.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, work progress, and material records.




Coordinate with project management and report site progress and challenges.
Ensure compliance with construction safety practices at the site.
Support quantity measurements, billing, and contractor verification.
Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
Ability to manage labour, contractors, and multiple site activities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and construction-related documentation.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel locally if required.
