Job SummaryWorklytics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to support the recruitment and onboarding of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) for leading fintech brands such as Paytm and PhonePe. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective candidates, explaining job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful joining.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective FSE candidates.
Explain job roles, salary structure, incentives, and growth opportunities.
Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain daily call records and recruitment trackers.
Ensure candidate documentation and onboarding support.
Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
Achieve daily and monthly joining targets.
Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.




Positive communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Experience in telecalling, recruitment, BPO, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle objections and candidate queries.
Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
