Lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals
End-to-end business development and account management
Collaborate with recruitment teams for successful closures
Client relationship management and revenue generation

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Domestic IT Staffing business development
Proven track record in acquiring direct clients
Good understanding of IT hiring and staffing models
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in contract and permanent staffing
