Job Role: As a Store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing an excellent in-store shopping experience, helping customers find the right products, achieving sales targets, and supporting day-to-day store operations including SKU, barcode and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits, styles and products.
Explain product features, sizes, fits, prices and offers to customers.
Actively contribute to daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing and POS operations accurately.




Scan and manage product barcodes during billing and stock-related activities.
Understand and correctly identify SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) for different products, sizes, colours and variants.
Assist with receiving, checking, tagging and arranging recent stock.
Maintain accurate SKU and barcode records and report any discrepancies.
Assist with stock counting, stock transfers, replenishment and inventory checks.
Update basic inventory and sales information using computer systems/software.
Perform basic computer tasks such as data entry, checking product information and using POS/inventory software.
Ensure clothing racks, shelves and displays are clean, organized and properly stocked.
Handle customer queries, exchanges and other basic store operations.
