Managing day-to-day store-level operational activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform basic food preparation tasks such as preparing waffles, garnishing, etc.
Take orders from customers and provide accurate information about menu items.
Prepare food items according to recipes shared by the Store Manager.
Handle the cash register and process customer payments.
Clean the store and surrounding areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Prepare ingredients and maintain inventory of food items in the kitchen area.
Take orders over the phone and provide customer service to patrons.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work setting.
Maintain proper inventory and stock at the outlet.
Participate in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of brand promotion and products.
