Job Responsibilities:
Handle international customer inquiries via email, calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
Generate quotations, follow up on sales, and manage customer relationships.
Provide basic technical support and coordinate with the technical team.
Process customer orders and prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, and dispatch documents.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Follow up for cloud subscription renewals, payments, and pending orders.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS reports.
Conduct online product demonstrations and customer training.
