Job Summary -

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with practical knowledge of accounting and Tally. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and supporting regular accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities -
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Handle purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries
Maintain ledgers and accounting records
Prepare and verify invoices and vouchers
Bank reconciliation and basic banking-related work
Maintain accounts documentation and records
Assist in GST-related accounting work
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related queries




Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports
Support the senior accounts team in daily activities

Required Skills & Qualifications -

Graduation in B.Com / M.Com / relevant field
Practical knowledge of Tally
Positive understanding of basic accounting concepts
Knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain records systematically
Preferred CandidateFemale candidate
Prior experience in an Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant role
Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally and accounting operations will be preferred.
