Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Understand hiring requirements from managers and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct candidate briefings and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Use multiple sourcing methods including headhunting, database mining, social media, and referrals.
Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
