Job Responsibilities
Assist the injection moulding machine operator during production.
Collect and arrange moulded plastic components from the machine.
Remove runners, sprues, and excess plastic from finished parts.
Check products visually for defects such as flash, short moulding, burns, or damage.
Pack finished products as instructed.
Keep the machine area and factory floor clean and organised.
Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and shifting finished goods.
Help the operator during mould change, material change, and routine production activities.
Follow all safety instructions and factory rules.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
No specific educational qualification required.
Previous experience in an injection moulding factory is preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing workplace.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
Working Hours
Shift: As per factory requirement
Overtime: Available as per production requirements
