Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

Explain company products/services and generate leads.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain daily call records, customer details and follow-up status.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointments.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills:

Positive communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.

Confident and polite personality.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel/WhatsApp handling.

Ability to handle customers professionally.
