Job Responsibilities
Handle existing customer relationships and provide insurance-related services.
Generate recent leads and convert them into insurance business.
Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and direct communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy perks, coverage, premiums and terms clearly.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely policy closures.
Generate references from existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain proper customer records and follow up on renewals.
Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
Experience in an insurance company / insurance sales role is mandatory.
Valuable communication skills in Telugu & English, Hindi
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
