Area Sales Manager – Bengaluru
This is not a typical product sales role. It is a solution-oriented, consultative sales position , where the focus is on understanding client problems and offering customized solutions.

Role Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in Bengalur
Conduct site visit s to understand client noise/acoustic challenge
Engage with architects, consultants, builders,corporate clients and Govt. clients
Suggest customized soundproofing solution s based on requirement
Handle the complete sales cycl e (lead generation to closure)
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentation
sCoordinate with internal teams for executio

What We Are Looking Fo
Experience i n interiors / building materials / technical sales/ Solution sales
Stron g solution-selling / consultative approa
Comfortable wit h field work and client interaction
Ability to handl e longer sales cycles and project-based sal
Experience working wit h architects or consultan ts is a robust plus
