Ecofy Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our Email & Chat Process team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and managing escalations with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and requests through email and chat channels.
Provide accurate, timely, and qualified responses to customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of escalated cases.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with prior experience in Email, Chat, Customer Support, or Escalation Handling will be preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to handle escalations professionally and calmly.
Positive typing, email etiquette, and computer skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Candidates should be comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Compensation
Salary: As per experience and current CTC.
Salary Hike: Hike on the candidate's previous salary will be offered.
The final hike and compensation package will be based on interview performance, relevant experience, skill set, and overall expertise.
