Read and interpret engineering drawings, cutting plans, and work instructions.
Load and unload metal sheets, plates, or components safely.
Set machine parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, gas pressure, and focus.
Check material dimensions, thickness, and quality before production.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and cutting quality.
Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Replace consumables such as nozzles and lenses when required.
Maintain production records and report machine or quality issues.
Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Meet production targets while minimizing material waste and machine downtime.
Required SkillsExperience operating fiber laser/CNC laser cutting machines.
Basic knowledge of CNC controls and laser cutting processes.
