Drive document collection and validation and resolve onboarding exceptions/insufficiencies.
Track onboarding progress through MIS/HR systems and ensure timely updates and data accuracy.
Facilitate Day 1 readiness, including joining formalities, attendance, documentation, and system requirements.
Monitor and resolve onboarding issues through effective stakeholder follow-up and escalation.
Provide regular onboarding status reports and highlight risks, delays, and pending actions.
