Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of achieving business development and sales targets
Develop current business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Identify potential clients and build robust, long-term business relationships
Handle key clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Own client follow-ups and manage the overall sales pipeline
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations




Take independent decisions and proactively handle business development responsibilities
Identify market prospects and contribute to expanding the customer base
Directly contribute to the company's growth, revenue, and overall business objectives

Requirements
Strong sales and business development skills
Relevant experience in the IT industry preferred
Good knowledge of IT products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Robust target-oriented, result-driven approach
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
Highly responsible, self-motivated, proactive, and business-focused
