We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive with practical knowledge of Stock Market, Demat, Trading, IPOs, Mutual Funds, SIP and MTF.
Handle Demat account opening, KYC and bank detail changes.
Coordinate with clients for required documents and account-related queries.
Assist clients with buying/selling shares and trading orders.
Explain Stop Loss, Target, Market & Limit Orders.
Guide clients through the IPO application process.
Assist clients with Mutual Fund investments and transactions.
Understand and explain the basics of MTF (Margin Trading Facility).
Explain SIP basics and assist clients with starting SIPs.
Solid communication, follow-up and client-handling skills required.
Prior experience in Stock Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services preferred.
Location: Mumbai.
Significant: Candidate should have practical knowledge and be confident in guiding clients on Demat, Trading, IPO, MF, SIP and MTF.
