Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and license recent insurance agents in the assigned territory, in line with monthly targets.
Activate licensed agents — support them through onboarding, training, and their first business written, so they begin generating GWP.
Reactivate dormant agents in the existing pool where assigned.
Drive cross-sell across the Company's product lines (Health Indemnity, Advantage, Travel, Motor, SME) to grow the number of products each active agent writes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of licensing and activation activity in Company systems, in line with IRDAI requirements.
Build and maintain solid working relationships with agents to support retention and repeat business.
Provide regular activity and pipeline updates to the Branch Manager.
Any other duties reasonably assigned by the Reporting Manager.
