Role & responsibilities
As a Clinical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier talent across pharmaceutical and clinical roles.
You will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver tailored staffing solutions across life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical roles
Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to manage requisitions and meet client needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations
Maintain accurate records in the ATS
Preferred candidate profile
• 2+ years of experience in Clinical recruitment, ideally within MSP/VMS settings
• Robust understanding of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and industry terminology
• Experience hiring for roles such as Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Allied Healthcare, Medical
Technologist, Lab Assistant, Specimen Technician, etc.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, VMS tools, and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently
