We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through effective calendar coordination, document preparation, and secure handling of confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Follow-up & Coordination: Ensure timely follow-ups on action items, projects, and internal communications across departments.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and format qualified business documents, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Scheduling: Seamlessly schedule executive calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings.
Confidentiality & Data Security: Handle sensitive information and documents with complete discretion, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Qualifications & Preferences
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Candidate Preference: Married Female candidate preferred.
Key Skills:
Written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Robust organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
