Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to Buy, Sell and Rent properties.
Understand clients’ property requirements, budget and preferred location.
Call and follow up with prospective clients and generate leads.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Explain property details, pricing, amenities and other relevant information to clients.
Coordinate between property owners, buyers, tenants and the company.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and property details.
Follow up regularly with clients to convert leads into successful deals.
Assist clients throughout the property buying, selling or renting process.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Keep updated with local property market trends and available inventory.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
