Tele Counsellor – Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective.
Explain career courses.
Understand the student's career interest and requirements.
Generate interest in the courses and encourage students to attend a free career counselling session at the institute.
Follow up regularly with interested students and track whether they visit the centre.
Maintain and update lead/customer details and call records.
Handle basic queries regarding courses, counselling sessions, and the admission process.
Build rapport with students and parents and maintain skilled communication.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Convert interested leads into centre visits and potential admissions.
