Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support sales activities, generate leads, handle customer relationships, and drive business growth. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Conduct inside sales activities and follow up with prospects.
Promote company products and services to customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell products or services where appropriate.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversions.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
Track daily calling and sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.




Achieve assigned sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass
Experience: 1 year
English: Basic English

Salary
₹16,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹30,000
